The room is approximately 20 sqm in size. The room is bright, with two street-facing windows, and quiet, as it is located on a side street. The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand, wardrobe, couch, desk, and desk chair. It comes equipped with curtains, bedding, towels, a rug, and pictures. The kitchen is furnished with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and cabinets (dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils are provided), as well as a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator and is not wheelchair accessible. The rent is 600 euros per month and includes all utilities, electricity, gas, internet, and insurance.
