Why are your prices so low?
Short-term rentals for holidays are banned in Vienna. That's opened a gap in the rental market for services like Friends in Flats to set up a new type of legal agreement for 1+ month rental contracts. The tradeoff to traditional rental agreements, is that we don't offer long-term contracts and don't support viewings.
Is every listing furnished?
Yes, we personally ensure each listing is set up with the amenities lised on the website.
