How do I book a listing?
Take a look at our listings and pick one that fits your needs. Each listings is personally vetted by our team to make sure that it is furnished, has the labeled amenities, and has a good host. For more tips on booking, check out our Help center.
Why are your prices so low?
Short-term rentals for holidays are banned in Vienna. That's opened a gap in the rental market for services like Friends in Flats to set up a new type of legal agreement for 3-6+ rental contracts. The tradeoff to traditional rental agreements, is that we don't offer long-term contracts and don't support viewings.
Is every listing furnished?
Yes, we personally ensure each listing is set up with the amenities lised on the website.
