How we calculate listing ratings and share reviews
When checking in, guests fill out an onboarding form to document the state of the listing. They have the chance to leave a rating for:
Cleanliness
Check-in / key handover
Listing accuracy
When checking our, guests fill out an offboarding form and can rate:
Location
Communication with the host
Price / value
The average rating we display for a listing are an average of all the scores in each of the six categories.
