Sometimes a room isn't quite set up the way you wanted it to be.

For example:

• The wifi isn't working

• An appliance is broken

• Your bedsheets are missing

For any issue related to your stay, please contact Friends in Flats first through email or the website chat. We will coordinate with the landlord. For emergencies or access issues, follow the emergency instructions.
