Getting rental insurance
When moving into your place, you'll need to sign up for household insurance.
In Austria, household insurance (“Haushaltsversicherung”) is mandatory for everyone.
The good news: it’s usually very affordable — typically around €5–10 per month.
Friends in Flats doesn't provide insurance. However, we recommend signing up for UNIQA Household Insurance here.
